Nicole finally gets big

I'm so happy, look at what a difference a week will make. Last week there was a picture of Nicole Kidman looking oh so slightly pregnant, and now she's looking like a right proper soon-to-be-mommy.

Mommy Kidman attended the 43rd Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards with husband, Keith Urban.

Aww, she's so cute and angelic, I hope she has stretch marks.

I heart Penelope Cruz...at least this one time

I generally can't stand Penelope Cruz, I have no idea why but she bugs the hell out of me. I don't like the way she looks, I don't like the way she talks, and I especially don't like the fact that she has slept with and dated the majority of the guys in Hollywood I find oh so delish. Oh sure, you can say I'm jealous but I'm not, I just don't like Penelope Cruz.

Anyhoo, I do like her in this picture from Cannes. I think she actually looks like the movie star that for some reason people think she is. Not that I'm jealous.

Juliette Lewis, boob grabber

I have a confession, I really get excited when I see Juliette Lewis' name because she's always so quirky and sweaty, well at least when she's with her band, and I know some totally over the top picture is sure to follow. Her pictures are always so much fun to make up captions for.
For some odd reason Juliette is at Cannes. Does she have a movie out that I'm not aware of? Apparently she did actually have a job, she was DJing for the Chopard and Alberta Ferretti party at Crystal Beach on the French Riviera. The best part isn't that she was there tho, it's the fact that she felt up Cate Blanchett and there's pictures (see above). WTF? I know Cate Blanchett looked hot, but still.

Apparently Cate didn't mind too much, or at least forgave Juliette for her wayward ways, because they were seen chatting eachother up later on. Only in Cannes I guess. I must say that Ms. Lewis looks downright normal and pretty in this dress. The dress is a lilac silk chiffon jewel dress co-designed by Swiss jeweller Chopard and Ferretti.

The £555,000 gown, which is adorned with 2,904 carats worth of gems, will go up for auction at the American Foundation Against Aids charity dinner on May 22nd. Holy crap, £555,000 ($1,081,584 US), that's a lot of silk and gems to trust to Juliette seeing how she likes to gyrate and do really weird moves when she's getting her groove on.

There's a new puff daddy in town

Is it me or does Brad look a little puffy? Is he putting on some sympathy weight? Maybe it's just age finally catching up with him or maybe it's just the angle or maybe it's the unfortunate hair cut, then again, it could just be me.

So here's the video of the twin unveiling. I love Jack Black's face when he finds out he told more than Angelina might have expected him to have said. If it's not real, his acting's getting better.

Holy crap, having the whole world know all your baby-growing news really makes the little buggers pop out. Suddenly Angelina looks about to pop and she still has three months to go.

Life is not fair. How is it possible that Cate Blanchett just had a baby like two minutes ago? She looks stunning on the opening night of the Cannes Film Fest on May 14 in Cannes, France.

She is definitely the queen...of the night at least.

If all else fails, color coordinate

Well these ladies look nice, but seriously do you always have to color coordinate? I mean lips and shoes? Eyeshadow and everything else on your body?

Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez both look fab, fab, fabulous for being new moms tho so I wont give them much guff today.

Horrid dresses of the day

Is there some unwritten rule that famous people have to have bad taste in clothes? Do they ever tell their fashion consultants or whoever buys their clothes no?

I like to think if I was famous and had unlimited cash at my disposal I'd be very classy and well dressed. Hell, half the time I see much nicer things on the racks at my local mall or even Walmart and for probably a heck of a lot less.

So here for your fashion consumption are a few doozies of the day. Don't shoot the messenger.

Anything with the word Chloe Sevigny and clothing together is sure to give you a giggle. I actually prefer her in her 'Big Love' prairie girl clothes, maybe she should just wear those from now on. I'm sure the wardrobe department would let her borrow.

Unidentified object attacks Sarah's head

This pic looks photoshopped, it's not, although it would have been far better to have been doctored than to actually think someone would have wore this hat. It kind of scares me, it looks like something that would sit on my grandmother's knick knack shelf gathering dust.

Anyhoo, odd head-gear aside, the girls of Sex and the City looked great and not a day over 39 at their London premier. Maybe for SITC #2 they'll decide to actually pay homage to New York City by having the premiere there, it only seems right.

Tom's the sexy one for once

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes attended the Costume Institute gala last night along with every other halfway famous celeb. I'm actually getting to a point where I can look at Tom Cruise without wanting to punch him in the face and I think he actually looked handsome and normal in this picture, albeit a little short and squinty eyed.

Katie on the other hand I think looks beautiful if only it wasn't for the dress. I remember dressing my Barbies when I was a kid in hand-made dresses made of everything from rubber gloves to napkins to washcloths. This dress sort of reminds me of one of those concoctions from my younger years. I also remember a show on HBO, I think it was Real Sex, that did a story on paint-on-latex outfits. This dress reminds me of one of those latex outfits on the top and some childhood Barbie invention on the bottom. Odd...not offensive, just odd. I wont even get started on the blue shoes.

Scarlett flashes her rock

A very sparkly Scarlett Johansson shows off her newly acquired rock while being flanked by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala in New York City. Her dress is a Dolce and Gabbana, just like her photo partners.

The dress sort of looks like a slip that goes under a prom dress to me, but hey, the girl is happy so I guess I'll cut her some slack.

Lindsay, blooming fairy

Lindsay Lohan hit the red carpet last night in her frosty blue forest fairy dress at the mock premiere for the new TV series Scarlet, which was actually the launch party for LG Electronics' Scarlet series LCD televisions. LiLo didn't stick around long though, she posed for some pics and then high tailed it out of the theater while some poor sap was still speaking on stage. How rude. Maybe the wood nymphs were calling her back home or maybe she was lonely without her she-mate, Samantha, by her side.

Doily chic in this spring

So I had in an earlier post said sheek but I think I probably meant chic, neither of which I am personally so please excuse my probable mispelling. Although to my credit sheek does bring up 1,450,000 pages on Google, but since chic brought up 2,430,000 I guess I'll stick with chic from now on.

Anyway, onto doily CHIC as in Gwyneth Paltrow is modeling the newest doily chic outfit. Usually Gwyneth bugs me for some reason. I've never quite been able to put my finger on it, something about she's like one of those girls who I knew back in high school who were pretty but were too busy being smart to care, but thought they were better than you because they were pretty...bitches.

Anyway, GwynPal actually looks pretty hot in this outfit, like she's getting ready to pole dance for her man. I'm trying to find out who makes the dress but haven't been able to find it anywhere, does anyone know?

Ick moment of the hour

I'm so sorry everyone, I seen this picture and puked a little in my mouth. Good thing I had some pizza next to me to wash down the taste a bit. Why do people keep photographing these two? They have got to be just about the cheesiest thing since Chuck E.

Anyway, Heidi Montag and the Spence were in Washington, D.C. for the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner. The WHCA dinner is intended to "acknowledge award-winners, present scholarships, and give the press and the president an evening of friendly appreciation." So why the hell were these two there? Hmm, maybe they were the comic relief.
