Britney Spears has single handedly created safety in the streets of LA by returning to her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.
Britney left California on Friday to attend a baby shower for Jamie Lynn Spears, her prego baby sister. Jamie Lynn is having a mini-me baby girl Spears which we will probably be reporting in another 13 years or so. It's a down home family tradition.
