Suing will cost ya

Being friends with Lindsay Lohan can be expensive it appears.

Samantha Ronson, our fave she-mate and BFF of Lindsay Lohan, is being sued and suing the law firm she hired to represent her against Perez Hilton after he made fun of her after she was in the car with Lindz in May of 2007 during the infamous car crash, well one of many. She says Perez Hilton defamed her, we say sticks and stones.

Seems the law firm of Davis & Gilbert told her the cost of the lawsuit would be $75,000 but she ended up with a two-month total of $99,000. Damn I'm in the wrong biz, shoulda been a lawyer. Wonder if Lindsay was footing the bill. After all the money arguing Sam ended up losing the case anyway after it was dismissed in court.

Now a year later Davis & Gilbert are suing Samantha for unpaid fees in the total of $164,000. Now that's some hellish interest to go from $99,000 to $164,000. Samantha is suing right back saying they over charged and were incompetent when they made her lose her case. Oh fun, fun. No word yet on whether Perez Hilton will be covering all the action.
