$5000 a pop not enough, now going for $10 million

So the *ick licker in the Eliot Spitzer whorealicious story who is trying to jump start her "music career," (enter pun here) has decided a good way to raise some quick capital is to sue one of the people who are giving her lots of free publicity, ingrate.

Mistress Dupré filed suit Monday against Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis and his film company – claiming he exploited her name and image for profit (well yeah, duh). The lawsuit seeks more than $10 million in damages.

In legal documents, Dupré alleges that Girls Gone Wild representatives approached her while she was vacationing in Florida in 2003, offered her alcohol and cajoled her into exposing her breasts for their cameras when she was just 17 (and not of proper legal age to sign a release form allowing her to be filmed). And now enter the whores. Seems the old adage no publicity is bad publicity is 110% true, especially in the case of the Eliot Spitzer's 22-year-old sexy little minx, Ashley Alexandra Dupre.

The aspiring singer is now being represented by music manager Jerry Blair. Blair had previously handled Mariah Carey's comeback and now reps singer Mika, according to the NYDailyNews gossip columnist Ben Widdicombe.

"Ashley has a delicate situation," a source told Widdicombe. "She can't do anything that generates income until she works out a deal" over potential charges. In other words, gotta wait to make sure she's not in jail for her first tour. Sucks when legal issues get in the way of becoming rich and famous. Read more here

In other hooker news, Eliot Spitzer has been offered an initial $350,000 to pen his memoir so maybe he'll recoup some of his I'm-paying-to-have-my-thingy-played-with-by-a-young-chick money he paid to Dupre.
