Wino not going to jail

What is this world coming to? Why can't police just lock people up for criminy sake. What is the point of arresting someone and then not pursuing things further? Sheesh.

Amy was arrested last week stemming from the whole I-do-drugs-on-camera thing and then released. Now the police have decided to drop it.

According to Amy's mouthpeice, "police have confirmed that no action will be taken against Amy Winehouse in relation to an investigation into a video handed to them in January."

"Amy is pleased to be able to move on and concentrate on music and particularly looks forward to seeing her fans again at eagerly awaited festival performances this summer."

Concentrate on music? Is that what she calls it these days? Well good luck with that.

Amy Adams, Hooters girl

Sweet and innocent Amy Adams, Giselle from "Enchanted," once donned the duds of a Hooter's Girl before she hit it big playing a princess.

"Everyone would agree, if they could see me, Hooters isn't
necessarily the best way to describe me. I was a dancer, and I used to run ...
more around in a leotard and tights.

I really didn't quite get it. I was so naïve about that. And I just thought,
'Well, it's a leotard and tights and shorts; it's not a big deal.' But there is
a difference, and I learned it. But I was a hostess there, and that was sort of fun. I was 17, and then when I was 18, I waited [tables] for about a month. I wasn't cut out to be a waitress, and I certainly wasn't cut out to be a Hooters waitress. That was a short-lived ambition." "I also worked at the Renaissance Festival, when I was growing up, so I'm familiar with what truly committed wenches dress like."

Feisty little wench. I guess when Hooters, the Movie comes out she could be first in line and be experienced.
