Well hallelujah, I was hella worried about Michael Jackson being homeless and foreclosed on but now I can rest easy tonight because his Neverland Ranch is now safe. Can I hear an amen.
Jackson's huge and ickily child-friendly Los Olivos, California property had went into foreclosure and disrepair after his molestation trial in 2005. Lucky for the former black man a the loan was purchased by Colony Capital LLC and was the latest deal to keep the 2,500-acre ranch from being sold off. In March, Jackson, 49, reached an agreement with his creditors, Fortress Investment Group, to postpone an auction until this week. Colony spokeswoman Caroline Luz said the auction has now been canceled. No word on what will be done with the property now and whether Michael will be moving back in. {Source LA Times}
