Gretchen Wilson, high school graduate

Just to show you it's never too late and you can never be too famous or rich to graduate high school, country bad girl, Gretchen Wilson, finally got her diploma. Yay Redneck Woman's educated and has the paper to prove it.

Gretchen dropped out of high school in the 9th grade due to family problems and then took off for Nashville to try and make her mark on music. Then in 2007 after hitting it big and making buttloads of money, Gretchen decided to go for her diploma, citing her 7-year-old daughter, Grace, as her inspiration.

"I don't want to be the dummy that says, 'I don't know how to do that,'" Wilson says in reference to helping her daughter with her homework.

We love when someone completes something as important as their high school education, even if it's years later. Congrats to the new grad.

So how will Wilson celebrate? She's going on tour starting June 12. She also has her fourth CD coming out, Growing Up Down South in the fall. I'm kind of hoping she's having a big kegger and invites Kid Rock, Big and Rich, Hank Williams, Jr....now that would be a graduation party I'd like to go to.
