The dress is a Rachel Palley jersey (referring to the fabric) maxidress and is actually quite affordable from what I've found. I haven't actually been able to find this particular dress, but most of the dresses, pants, skirts, and shirts that I've found have that same flowy, fresh appearance.
After Googling Rachel Palley I've found that she studied dance in college which may account for the fluidity (is that even a word?) of her clothing.
Similar outfits: Revolve Clothing Nordstrom Fashion Chateau or you can just Google her and find all kinds of places that carry her stuff.
Cost: Actually quite affordable. It seems that most of the dresses average about $200 or maybe a bit more while pants go for around $100, shirts $150, skirts $80 or so. Not bad at all.
